Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or interacting with this campaign website (the "Portal"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using this Portal.

2

Permitted & Acceptable Use

This Portal is provided solely to communicate campaign news, policy manifestos, rally schedules, and facilitate community volunteer mobilization. You agree not to:

  • Submit falsified contact details, impersonate other voters, or spam form intake endpoints.
  • Attempt to breach or bypass authentication, security headers, or rate-limiting firewalls.
  • Scrape, harvest, or aggregate supporter data using automated bots or scripts without express written consent.
  • Post defamatory, abusive, ethnically divisive, or unlawful content in message inputs.
3

Intellectual Property & Campaign Media Usage

All logos, campaign portraits, video footage, policy manifesto briefs, speeches, and software architecture are the intellectual property of the Candidate Secretariat and CypressIQ Technologies Limited, protected by the copyright laws of Kenya.

Supporters, journalists, and media houses are granted a non-exclusive license to share and quote published press releases, policy PDFs, and official posters for lawful educational, news reporting, and grassroots mobilization purposes, provided appropriate attribution is maintained.

4

Voluntary Donations & Community Pledges

Voluntary financial contributions submitted via M-Pesa or bank transfer represent non-refundable civic donations made to support grassroots campaign logistics, rally hosting, and voter mobilization:

  • Donations are made voluntarily and do not constitute an investment, purchase of goods, or expectation of commercial return.
  • Donations must comply with all statutory campaign financing regulations under the Laws of Kenya.
  • Digital community pledges recorded on this Portal are statements of intent and do not substitute official voter registration with the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC).
5

Limitation of Liability

While we strive for 100% accuracy and high service availability, the Portal is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Neither the Candidate, the Campaign Secretariat, nor CypressIQ Technologies Limited shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from technical downtime, third-party network disruptions, or reliance on information presented.

6

External Links & Third-Party Services

The Portal may contain embedded media or links to third-party services (such as YouTube, Facebook, X, or WhatsApp). We do not control or endorse the privacy practices or terms of service of those third-party platforms.

7

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the Laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes arising in connection with the Portal shall be submitted to the competent courts of Kenya.
